St Andrews First Aid believes that everyone should have basic first aid knowledge and so weve developed The First Aider animation/app to help you with just that.
These short, two-minute silent movies scenarios tell the stories of unfortunate characters, each of whom fall victim to a different first aid emergency. Its up to you to decide how the first aider responds, and face the consequences of your decisions!
The First Aider brings to life the First Aid at Work certificates, but will also be of interest to anyone who believes its their moral or parental duty to have some first aid knowledge.
So watch the movie, decide what the First Aider should do and try again if you get it wrong to save your casualty.
The app doesnt replace the benefits of learning first aid on a St Andrews First Aid course, nor is it as in depth as a full first aid manual. But for these 3 scenarios, it will help you to know what to do to and how to potentially save a life.
